one huge yellow onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
two green chile peppers, seeded and chopped
one tablespoon bacon bits
4 cubes beef bouillon
one/4 cup chili powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried oregano
two teaspoons ground cumin
two teaspoons sizzling pepper sauce (e.g. Tabasco™)
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
one teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
one teaspoon white sugar
one (10.5 ounce) bag corn chips such as Fritos®
1 (8 ounce) bundle shredded Cheddar cheese
